The NHS App allows you to see your vaccinations status, order repeat prescriptions, manage GP appointments, get health information and advice, view your NHS Number and access your GP health record securely.

Recurrent UTI leaflet:
Dr Liley has created an information leaflet to provide information and advice regarding recurrent urinary tract infections (UTI’S). This leaflet includes information and advice on symptoms and treatment options to help manage your symptoms.
Reccurrent UTI without catheters
If you have symptoms of a UTI then we always advise that you provide the surgery with a urine sample, so that our clinicians can give you the most appropriate advice.
Urine samples need to be obtained using one of our sterile sample pots. Urine samples need to be brought into the surgery before 12.30pm Monday-Friday.
Menopause HRT Leaflets:
Dr Walton has produced two leaflets containing useful information regarding the menopause and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). One of the leaflets is a summary on both the menopause and HRT whilst the other go into more detail.
