Doctors’ Appointments

If you require an urgent appointment, please call between 8.00am-11.30am. To assist us in prioritising urgent cases and ensuring you are allocated to the most appropriate clinician please provide our reception team with as much information as possible about your request for an urgent appointment.

If our reception team need to book you an appointment, or have a message for you, you may receive a text message. If this is not suitable for you, please make sure to let our reception team know.

If you would like to book a routine appointment with a GP, these can be booked up to 14 days in advance, please call after 10.00am where possible. You will be asked by our reception team to give a brief reason for your appointment request. A number of our routine appointments are available to book online.

In some cases, our reception team might signpost you to an alternative service that is most appropriate for you on the day, for example a local pharmacy, our onsite first contact physio practitioners or our practice nursing team.

Please be aware that our telephone and face-to-face appointments are booked in the same way.
