When We Are Closed    - Call 111

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

On Line Access

Please note: to enable us to manage our appointments we have temporarily taken our appointments offline. You can still view any appointments you have already made. This will not affect ordering your prescriptions online.

If you are concerned you might have coronavirus, please do not come to the surgery. Please visit NHS 111 online or ring 111 in the first instance. This is official government advice.

Try the new NHS App

If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.

This service has recently been updated and looks a little different, do not be put off.You do not have to nominate a pharmacy -  by clicking not now when it asks you, you can continue your order.

We currently offer the facility for ordering your repeat prescriptions, booking GP appointments & viewing allergies & adverse reactions online.  This is via EMIS Patient Access using our website (this link will open in a new window - popups must be allowed) .  If you do not already have a username and password for this system you will need to register for them by calling into the practice to register in person.

Evelyn Medical Centre confirms that all systems are in place to allow patients to access booking appointments, ordering repeat prescriptions and viewing allergies and adverse reactions online if you have registered for the service.

We are working closely with our clinical software providers to develop appropriate systems for patients to request online access to their detailed coded records using a method that is secure and safeguards the best interests of the patient.  (only with patient consent) Please ask if you are interested in this.
